1.1. The terms are written in masculine form for convenience only, and they refer equally to all genders.
1.2. Browsing, purchasing, and using the services on the site are permitted for users aged 18 and over, or with the approval of a parent/guardian.
2. Purchases on the Website
2.1. The site offers a variety of handmade products, including challah covers, tablecloths, and holiday decorations (hereinafter: "the products").
2.2. The prices of the products displayed on the site include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise stated.
2.3. The images on the site are for illustration purposes only, and there may be slight differences between the actual product and the image.
2.4. The company reserves the right to update prices or discontinue the sale of products without prior notice.
3. Delivery and Shipping
3.1. Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer during the purchase. Currently, all deliveries are within Israel only. International shipping may be available in the future.
3.2. Delivery times depend on the type of shipping chosen during the order. The company is not responsible for delays that are not within its control (e.g., delays by shipping companies).
3.3. In case of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the company will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of the order.
4. Cancellations and Returns
4.1. Cancellations are allowed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
4.2. Returns are allowed provided the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. Please note that custom-made products cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
4.3. In the case of a return, the company will refund the customer within 14 business days from the date the product is returned, minus shipping fees (if applicable).
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on the site, including design, text, images, and logos, are the exclusive property of the company or third parties who have granted the company permission to use them.
5.2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, publish, or use the content for commercial purposes without explicit prior permission from the company.
6. Privacy
6.1. The company is committed to protecting the privacy of users and will not share personal information with third parties except for the purpose of completing the transaction (e.g., shipping companies).
6.2. The site uses cookies for the purpose of improving user experience.
7. Liability
7.1. The company is not liable for any damage caused by using the site or products, except in cases of gross negligence. In the event of a defective product, the company will provide a remedy, such as compensation, repair, or replacement, as appropriate.
